Villa Kamenica is located in small village Mirca on the island of Brac. The villa is decorated in domestic southern style, coated with Brac stone and situated in a pine forest, through which you can see 160 meters distant see. The villa is situated in the area of 1100 m2.

Guests can use 7 bedrooms of which 3 are on the ground floor, three are on the 1st floor and one in the attic. 4 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate toilet. Groundfloor has the 30 m2 kitchen, 45 m2 living room and the dressing room with space for ironing. On the 1st floor are two fully equipped kitchens and living rooms, two terraces and two balconies.

 

Outer space consists of a 60m2 stone-covered terrace on the west side with fireplace, tables and chairs. In the extention is swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
The outdoor space has 5 parking spaces for guests.
